All products are carefully shipped via bPost. You will receive an order confirmation via email. Do note, shipping usually takes around 4 days depending on your location. We will always do our best to get your orders out as quickly as possible.
International Shipping: Shipping is available worldwide – I will check which provider can deliver the package the most reliable and best on a case by case basis.
Note International orders are experiencing delays due to COVID-19 and customs.
Commissions: Payments for commissions are split into two instalments: 40% upfront and 60% upon completion. Usually it will take around 3 weeks to make your custom commission but I will be in touch with you to discuss the details.
Duties and Taxes: Customers are responsible for paying any and all duties, taxes and other fees which are levied once your package reaches the country of destination. Duties on goods vary depending on the country. Other charges and duties may also apply, depending on the items. Duty fee will not be refunded on any type of returns. We are not responsible for packages that are delivered to a wrong address due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by customer.
Due to the exclusive and handmade nature of the products, returns or exchanges cannot be made. Now, if your item is lost during shipping, damaged or incorrect upon arrival, a replacement item will be offered.
We cannot replace items for misuse, general wear and tear, faulty application, or improper care.
